Greg is writing a cheque. Greg: Oh, I didn't see you there! You just caught me writing a cheque ... to charity.
Smiles at camera. Holds up cheque covered in 5 year old scribbles. Greg: (Walking) See, some people say the greatest gift you could give is the gift of receiving. But me, I believe the greatest gift you could receive is the gift of giving.
Greg bumps into Fred. Greg: Oh, I didn't see you there!
Fred: Oh, hi Greg! I was just giving, the gift of receiving. Greg: I hope you, kept the receipt! They laugh hysterically. Then stare at camera seriously. Greg: Let's meet some friends. Cut to a board room full of smiling people sitting quietly around a table. Greg: (Greeting the first man at the table) Oh, I didn't see you there. (Greets the next person) Oh! I didn't see you there. (Continues)
Fred starts this routine.The people who have been greeted realise other people are at the table, and start greeting each other.
This continues until there's multiple "Oh! I didn't see you there!"s going on at once.
Greg: (Aside to Camera) This year, give the gift that keeps on receiving – (cut to the other camera) Oh, I didn't see you there! Donate to the blind society. |
