Black Hole (Blackbird - The Beatles)

Jarred F. Baker had an idea for another ukulele song with he and Alex and wanted it to be based on this.
He enlisted your friendly neighbourhood  SpiderJames and this is the result.
Also, blackbird on uke sounds fantastic. Get him to show you it.
(The original - not on ukelele but still cool - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzuvbgKpzQE )

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise

Black bird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
all your life
you were only waiting for this moment to be free

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise,
You were only waiting for this moment to arise,
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
Black hole spinning in the dead of space
Draw this planet in with gravity
Though we try,
We cannot resist your field's great intensity

Black hole spinning in the dead of space
Crush me to infinite density
End my life
Now I know I'll never reach escape velocity

Black hole nigh, Black hole, bye
Trapping the light with your dark black might

Black hole nigh, Black hole, bye
Trapping the light with your dark black might

Black hole spinning in the dead of space
Won't you stop my luminosity
End my life
We can not resist your field's intensity
Won't you take me to infinite density
I was always heading for that singularity

I italliced the lines that I can't quite fit to the scansion/think could be more awesome. Probably need to hear it again to see how you are singing it. ~ Chloe
