So I was having a discussion with my dad about vulcan death grips (don't ask) and we had the thought that it would be terribly awkward if the death grip worked on someone's feet rather than their necks. This, in turn, led to the mental image of Spock desperately tackling bad guys in an attempt to grab their feet and render them unconscious. It's a hilarious scene in my head. I know it's not much to go on but I thought it might spark an idea somewhere. Go wild.
