So I only just thought of this really quickly and off the top of my head with no real thought in it, but semi-liked the idea.

 

However if you want to beat it down, then do so!

 

So effectively it is just a really short sketch where a man is on stage with someone dressed as a bird. The bird mocks him constantly until he cannot take it any more and proceeds to beat the crap out of the bird before shooting it (think the thing is dead but just taking a way to kill it too far). Then just 'thats how to kill a mockingbird'
