Tenacious D'n'D Tribute

Original Lyrics
[Spoken]
This is the greatest and best song in the world... Tribute.
Long time ago me and my brother Kyle here,
we was hitchhikin' down a long and lonesome road.

All of a sudden, there shined a shiny demon... in the middle... of the road.
 And he said:
[Sung]
"Play the best song in the world, or I'll eat your soul." (soul)
[Spoken]
Well me and Kyle, we looked at each other,
and we each said... "Okay."
[Sung]
And we played the first thing that came to our heads,
Just so happened to be,
The Best Song in the World, it was The Best Song in the World.

Look into my eyes and it's easy to see
One and one make two, two and one make three,
It was destiny.

Once every hundred-thousand years or so,
When the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow
And the grass doth grow...

Needless to say, the beast was stunned.
Whip-crack went his Whoopy tail,
And the beast was done.
He asked us: "(snort) Be you angels?"
And we said, "Nay. We are but men."
Rock!

Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh-ah-ah,
Ohhh, whoah, ah-whoah-oh!

This is not The Greatest Song in the World, no.
This is just a tribute.
Couldn't remember The Greatest Song in the World, no, no.
This is a tribute, oh, to The Greatest Song in the World,
All right! It was The Greatest Song in the World,
All right! It was the best muthafuckin' song the greatest song in the world.

Di, too badoom bee go de
go goo fligoogigooffd
gafligoogigoo, badii! Igigoo
gi oo goo googi du badii!
Fligoogigoo, ga fligoogi -
Oh mama Lucifer! Yeah!

[Spoken]
And the peculiar thing is this my friends:
the song we sang on that fateful night it didn't actually sound anything like this song.
[Sung]
This is just a tribute! You gotta believe it!
And I wish you were there! Just a matter of opinion.
Ah, fuck! Good God, God lovin',
So surprised to find you can't stop it.
[Skat]
All right! All right!
Changed Lyrics
[Spoken]
This is the greatest and best spell in the land... Tribute.
Long time ago me and my dwarf friend Baldur here,
we was campaignin' through a dark and dreary cave.

All of a sudden, there scaled a scaley dragon... in the middle... of the lair.
And it said:
[Sung]
“Cast the best spell in the land, or I'll toast your bones.”
[Spoken]
Well me and Baldur, we glanced at each other,
and we each said... “Okay”.
[Sung]
And we cast the spell at the top of our list,
Just so happened to be,
The Best Spell in the Land, it was The Best Spell in the Land.

A roll of the dice and my loud decree
“My shield is plus two, my staff is plus three,”
There was victory.
[Pause while tinny FFVII victory music plays]
Once every hundred-thousand years or so,
There's a hero born, rids the world of woe,
And it's me you know...

Twirling my staff, the beast was stunned.
Snick-snack went his massive teeth,
And the fight was won.
He asked us: “(roar) Be you dark elves?”
And we said, “Nay. We are but geeks,”
Cast!

Fire, Ice, Thunder,
A-bra Ca-dab-raaaaa!

You can't cast The Greatest Spell in the Land, no.
You don't have the skill points.
Don't bother trying The Greatest Spell in the Land, no, no.
We fought our battles, oh, casting The Greatest Spell in the Land,
All night! Crusading in the cave of DOOM,
All night! It was the best *beat* the most epic spell in the land.

Water, Mute, Teleport
Holy, Flare
Death, Poison, Quake
Break, Cure
Esuna, Raise, Drain
Meteor, Ultima! Yeah!

And the peculiar thing is this my friends:
the spell we cast in that dark dank cave it didn't actually cost any MP at all.

It was just a cantrip

This needs much more polish and work, but I'm running out of nerdy references, so suggestions are welcomed.  Also, if anyone can fix the fucked formatting, that would be good too, this wiki couldn't be much less intuitive.
